Sound Meditation Album Upcoming

In September 2022 while in Dakar, Senegal, I began to create body of sound meditation recordings along with some amazing Senegalese artists. My work on this project is coming to a close but I wanted to share this very special song performed Sonar Sonko.

Over the pst few months, I have been opening my sound meditation session with this sound. Inviting participants to allow themselves to surrender to the moment and relax.

Big shout out to my brother Elhadji Sora for joining on this musical journey and coordinating creative indigenous sounds that I hope will find a home in your heart.
