A Moment of Calm

I recorded this sound meditation when I landed at the Schiphol airport in Amsterdam after arrive from Accra, Ghana. The airport like any others in the world was shutting down operations. It was largely empty, cold, & somewhat haunting.

Before boarding my flight back to the US, I seized the moment to offer a moment of calm…
