My Happy Place: A beach. Hot sand. Gentle warm breezes. The smell of the ocean. The sounds of palm fronds rustling the wind & waves crashing.

This is where I want to be!

When I meditate, this scene is where I am. Safe. Happy. Warm. Black. Unbothered. Healing from with.

This week, my meditation practice is centered on root work! Getting back to basics. Using my mental toolkit to keep me steady and focused on what IS right in my life. SO many things are but sometimes it is easy to lose focus when you let your guard down.
